OUR APPROACH
We photograph and film weddings with a documentary eye and a cinematic sensibility — focusing on real moments, natural movement and everything happening in between.
Rather than turning your day into a photoshoot, we want you to experience it fully. We step in when guidance is helpful and disappear into the background when the moment deserves to unfold on its own.
The result is a collection of photographs and films that feel personal, atmospheric and unmistakably yours.
MEET MAKKECH
Two people, one way of seeing things
We’re Moisés and Paloma, the creative duo behind Makkech Photo & Film.
We both studied Design and Visual Production in Mexico, where our interest in photography, editorial design and visual storytelling began to take shape. Over the years, our work has taken us through editorial projects, fashion, e-commerce, brands and working with people in front of the camera.
Eventually, we found ourselves drawn to weddings.
Not because every wedding looks beautiful — but because every one feels completely different.
The people, the nervous energy before the ceremony, the small gestures, the chaos, the quiet moments and everything that happens when nobody is thinking about the camera.
That is what we look for.
